Refund Policy - If you are not fully satisfied with your lesson purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any un-used portion of a lesson package. If you are unsatisfied with the service and purchased a lesson series you can receive a refund for lessons not used. The discounted series rate will no longer apply, if the full series is not taken; therefore, each lesson taken will be billed at the individual lesson rate instead of the series rate. Completed lessons are not subject to a refund. To request a refund, please call the name posted on the website. Any refund will be offered to the original method of payment. Lessons un-used will never expire.
Lesson Cancellation Policy - Lessons must be cancelled 12 hours in advance.
- Single lessons: If cancelled less than 12 hours in advance (including "no shows") and the time slot cannot be filled, student will be responsible for the payment of the lesson.
- Lesson series: If cancelled less than 12 hours in advance (including "no shows"), and the time slot cannot be filled, student will forfeit the lesson in the series.
Weather Policy - If the driving range is closed due to weather, the lesson will be rescheduled. Lessons are still given in the rain, in the indoor/outdoor facility.
